This three-week programme is designed to help young people understand the importance of respect, positive communication and standing against bullying, both within football and everyday life.

Through football-based activities, team challenges and small-sided games, participants will explore how their words and actions can affect others, how disagreements can be managed positively and how teammates can support one another.

We will create a safe, welcoming environment where everyone feels included and valued. Sessions will encourage young people to communicate positively, show respect towards teammates and opponents, and recognise when their behaviour may negatively affect others.

Coaches will challenge bullying and disrespectful behaviour calmly and constructively while reinforcing the message that respect is everyone's responsibility.
